Passed Appetizers

  • Beef Stovie (served in potato cup garnished with pickled beet)
  • Bridie (mincemeat pies with garlic mayo)
  • Savory Herb Porridge Spoon (sweet potato compote)
  • Smoked Salmon (boursin and dill on a water biscuit)
  • Scotch Egg (spicy aioli served on a spoon)

Salad Course

  • Winter Scots Salad (kale, shaved brussels, roasted veggies, toasted sunflower seeds, cranberries, cranberry poppy seed vinaigrette, topped with shaved manchego)

Haggis

  • Freshly made Haggis served with crostini, neeps (caramelized baby turnips) & tatties (mashed potatoes)

Entree

  • Duet of Pulled Lamb Shank and Scottish Hot Smoked Salmon (pulled and braised lamb shank with seared Scottish hot smoked salmon with bacon mustard cream sauce. wild mushroom bread pudding, delicata squash compote, roasted red pearl onions, micro mustard greens)
  • Vegetarian Option: Herb Stuffed Vine Ripe Tomatoes (morbier cheese, toasted breadcrumbs, flageleot bean puree, black garlic)
  • Children's Meal: Chicken Fingers (first course - fruit cup, chicken tenders with mac n cheese, BBQ sauce)

Dessert

  • Chocolate-Espresso Tart (salted caramel filling, orange, vanilla, blackberry)
