THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE:

The Arran Malt Single Mal Scotch Whisky - The Island Malt
With signature notes of honey, butterscotch and citrus the Sauternes cask beautifully compliments the character of The Arran Malt. Each cask is specially selected by our master distiller.

Michel Couvreur Over-aged Malt Whisky
Distilled in Scotland Vatted from various over 12 year old whiskies traditionally ennobled with sherry oak casks and bottled in our French Burgundian caves. A blended malt from Michel Couvreur, who gets Scotch whisky sent over to France to be aged in Sherry oak casks in Burgundy before blending. Quite unusual, but very intriguing.

Longmorn Single Speyside Malt Scotch Whisky
Aged 12 years. Distillers: The Longmorn-Glenlivet Distilleries in Longmorn, Scotland. Matured & Bottled by Gordon & Macphail in Elgin, Scotland. Discontinued.

The Exclusive Regions - Peated Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Aged over 8 years, bottled from a single cask. The exceptional whisky inside this bottle is taken from a single cask from the Highlands of Scotland. As was the tradition in Scotland, the barley for this whisky has been dried using a peat fire. This has resulted in a smoky whisky full of the flavors of the very land from which it was distilled.

The Exclusive Regions - Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The exceptional whisky inside this bottle is taken from a single cask from the Islay Region of Scotland. As was the tradition in Scotland, the barley for this whisky has been dried using a peat fire. This has resulted in a smoky whisky full of the flavors of the very land from which it was distilled.

Port Askaig Islay - Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Port Askaig 110 Proof is a harmonious marriage of carefully selected casks, creating the perfect balance of seet fruit and dark smoke, typical of the finest Islay whiskies. Port Askaig is named after the ferry port and gateway to the island, situated on the east coast of Islay. To keep its purity, our whisky is not chill-filtered and no coloring is added.

Wild Scotsman Vatted Malt Whisky
Aged 15 years. Wild Scotsman's Vatted Malt Whisky is a blend of Single Malt Casks from different distilleries. Each cask is hand-selected and blending to create a new and delicious malt whisky. There is no chill-filtration or added color to ensure the product remains in its natural state. Wild Scotsman Whisky was just an idea in a romantic fantasy, a windmill in a daydreamer's mind, and several years later, our reality. Some people express themselves through art or music, however, our palette contains malted barley, charred oak casks, copper stills, and rolling green hills from a land which our great-grandfather Topping left over 100 years ago. How should you drink it? This is whisky and not wine, so leave the pomp and pretense behind. I prefer to sample a wee dram before adding a splash of spring water, which releases the natural flavors. The product may become cloudy with added water or the morning chill, however, that is natural. Slainte.

2004 Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon
Stagecoach Vineyard, perched high on the eastern slopes of the Napa Valley, is an impressive site composed of red, rocky volcanic soils. First planted in 1868, it has been masterfully re-envisioned by current owner. Dr. Jan Krupp. Paul Hobbs is proud to produce a wine from this unique property.

2001 Trafethen Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Oak Knoll District)
This is certainly the best, ripest of the Trefethen's current crop of Cabs, but its built along very different lines from more opulent wines further north along Highway 29. It's surprisingly tough, lean and angular for an '01, loaded with sharp-elbowed tannins, but it does seem to have the fruity stuffing from the cellar. Hold until at least 2008.

2013 Cidre Nouveau, Virtue Cider
Virtue’s Cidre Nouveau is “nouveau” in the sense that Beaujolais Nouveau is “Nouveau”: It is a fresh, quickly bottled rendition of the most recent harvest.
